Yes — at no extra cost. If your wedding would benefit from a second shooter, I’ll bring James as my trusted photographer so we can capture every angle and moment, from both of you getting ready to guest reactions you might otherwise miss.

As a couple who work together regularly, we ensure a smooth delivery and no conflicts or miscommunications — just two creative eyes telling your story in full.

I don’t limit the number of photos I deliver, every moment I capture and edit will be included in your final gallery. I also don’t set minimum thresholds. This frequently only works to create targets that are accomplished with galleries filled with indistinguishable spot the different images or by supplying multiple edits of one image. But I know quantities are often a big thing on peoples mind so as a rough guide for a full-day wedding you can usually expect 600–1000+ professionally hand edited images.

I’m experienced with low-light and mixed lighting. I use fast lenses with wide maximum apertures, professional flashes when appropriate, and plan ahead with your venue for any restrictions.

I always send you a handful of sneak peeks within 1–7 days of your wedding, including a social media ready carousel. Your full gallery is typically ready within 1–3 months, depending on the season, coverage length and workload. But I always prioritise timely delivery without compromising on quality, and keep you updated on any progress when relevant or wanted.

Yes—together we create a photo-friendly timeline and a family-group list so formal photos are fast and stress-free. I also collaborate with your planner and venue where required and I keep all this information with me on the day to ensure we stay on schedule and nothing feels rushed.

Definitely—tell me what matters most. I’ll blend your must-haves with candid storytelling so the day feels natural, not staged. As part of my service I will run through your entire day with you ensuring to allow time and space for any particular requirements you have. I have structured questionnaires that covers all this stuff to ensure no details are left outstanding.

No — and here’s why. RAW files are the digital equivalent of an undeveloped roll of film. It would be like a chef giving you raw ingredients instead of a finished meal.

They’re flat, unpolished, and don’t reflect the final quality of my work. Editing is where your images come to life, and by only delivering fully edited photographs, I ensure you receive a consistent, professional gallery that matches my artistic style and your expectations.

No — I personally do not use AI software for editing, and here’s why that matters.

AI tools are becoming more common in photography, but they can’t capture the subtlety, emotion, and personality that make your images truly unique. Automated editing often produces generic results, misses the context of the moment, and can “correct” creative choices — like a moody wedding shot, a warm family portrait, or a dynamic scene with motion blur — leaving your images feeling flat or lifeless.

By editing every image myself, I ensure that your photos reflect the real mood, atmosphere, and story of your shoot. My approach preserves the emotion, individuality, and artistry that make each session special.

Rain doesn’t mean ruined photos! Some of the most romantic, dramatic shots happen under umbrellas or with reflections on wet ground. I’ll always help you make the best of the weather — whether that’s embracing the rain for a creative shot, or moving parts of the day indoors. I also carry weatherproof gear so nothing stops us capturing your story.

Life happens, and I keep things as stress-free as possible.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, deposits will be refunded or services rescheduled if possible.

For other cancellations:

• More than 90 days before = you only lose your 25% retainer.

• Between 90–30 days before = 50% of the total fee is payable.

• Less than 30 days before = the full fee is payable.

If you need to reschedule, I’ll always try to accommodate your new date within 12 months, with your retainer transferred over. If I can’t personally make the new date, I’ll help you find a trusted replacement photographer.

I maintain a network of trusted professionals and have contingency plans and backups. If the absolute worst happens, I’ll arrange equivalent coverage wherever possible per our contract.
